DIAGNOSIS SPECIFIC SERVICES

In addition to the Diagnosis Specific Services listed above, we also have many other services available to assist you or your client in the home setting.

NON-DIAGNOSIS SPECIFIC SERVICES

· Good Morning Services: Provides personal care and assists the client in getting ready for their day.
· Good Night Services: Provides evening care and prepares the client for bed.
· Personal Care: Hourly basis, provided up to 24 hours a day, as needed.
· Live-In Care: Provides 24 hour companionship. Caregiver stays at client's home.
· Respite Care: Provides personal care and assists with activities of daily living (ADL's) while the family is away.
· Meal Preparation: Prepares meals in accordance with client's appetite. This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Laundry: This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Light Housework: Those housekeeping tasks which are done on a daily or weekly basis. This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Transportation: Provides transportation to client's appointments. This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Grocery Shopping/Errands: This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Personal Appointments: Provides assistance and care during a client's appointments. This service is only provided in conjunction with another caregiving service.
· Medication Setup: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) sets up medication on a weekly basis.
· Skilled Nursing: RN or LPN provides home coordination of care, teaches client on home care needs, provides wound care, or infusion of medication through intravenous route, provides care to vent dependent clients.
· Therapy: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy
